FOS Modules

Scheduler's Toolkit – Provides an accurate Time and Distance Calculator that computes local arrival or departure time, fuel burn, time en route, time zone change and cost. Includes data for worldwide airports and over 175,000 named places in the United States, used to do geographical searches to retrieve airports in the vicinity of any place. Also includes world-wide wind data used in the time en route calculations.

Charter Quotes – Provides a quick, all-inclusive trip quotation (aircraft costs, catering, crew expenses, etc.) for a specified itinerary for all aircraft types that you operate. Accommodates aircraft dependent costs such as landing, handling and parking fees. Lists quotes for all aircraft, sorted by cost, and showing margin for each. You can save, email, fax or print quotes, or pass to Scheduling. Provides Invoicing capability using either quoted itinerary or actual itinerary as flown. Includes the Scheduler’s Tool Kit.

Scheduling – Provides for scheduling of aircraft, crews, passengers and logistics. Accommodates scheduling from the perspective of the requester, aircraft, passengers, or crew. Features graphical displays for the Aircraft Schedule Board, Crew Schedule board, a color-coded "Timeline" for aircraft and crew availability, and a five week "month at a glance" Schedule Summary. The Aircraft Schedule Board is the electronic replacement for the “Board on the Wall”. Includes the Scheduler’s Tool Kit. More scheduling features...

Crew Scheduling – User may pick crewmembers from a list of only those qualified in the selected position for the specified aircraft type. The list shows crew flight and duty time, days, weekends, holidays, etc. worked over user specified period, and allows sorting by any of these fields. Complete legality checking, for the specified FAR (including Part 91, 135, 125, and 121), is performed either automatically or by user request. Legality checking includes duty time, rest time, and recent experience. Rules may user defined.

Training – Complete tracking of all training requirements with next due reporting. Allows user defined training syllabus, includes crew training history, and meets FAA guidelines for electronic record keeping.

Flight Logs – Tracks flight log entries, expenses, aircraft and crew records; complete tracking of crew flight and duty times. Provides operational summaries and comprehensive chargeback calculations. Flight log posting updates aircraft and crew log books. Meets requirements for electronic record keeping.

Report Writer – All reporting functions in FOS are provided by integration with Crystal Reports. This enables you to easily create your own formats for quotes, invoices, trip sheets, flight log forms, confirmations, etc. It also lets you perform ad hoc queries and create custom reports for special reporting needs. Through our seamless integration with Crystal Reports, running a report is as simple as selecting it from a menu. FOS includes a suite of standard reports, which can be used as is, or modified to meet specific needs.

The Pax and Crew Login are "restricted logins" and were designed primarily to only allow access to selected portions of the software for informational purposes. Both of these logins have a Main Menu with only 8 buttons and the access to scheduling may be set to allow the User to see only Trips in which they are directly involved. The Crew Login was intended as a means for crewmembers or passengers to access their schedules remotely. Neither of these logins permits creating or editing trips - they are limited to "Read Only" access and the ability to generate certain designated Crew or Passenger Schedule reports.
